Welcome to my blog! I'm Viet, a dedicated researcher and IT developer specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. Currently, I hold the position of a post-doctoral researcher at Kumoh National Institute of Technology in Gumi, South Korea, a role I've embraced since September 2023. Additionally, I'm actively involved as a member of the Information and Communication Subcommittee within the Vietnam Society for Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. My educational journey has been marked by significant milestones. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Science and Technology - University of Danang, graduating with degrees in Bridge and Road Construction Engineering in 2014 and Economic Construction and Project Management Engineering in 2015. My pursuit of knowledge then led me to South Korea, where I earned a Master's degree in Civil and Railroad Engineering from Pai Chai University in 2019. Most recently, in 2023, I successfully achieved my Ph.D. in Terramechanics and Geotechnical Engineering from the same institution. Through this blog, I aim to share my insights, research findings, and experiences in the fascinating world of Geotechnical Engineering, bridging the gap between academia and practical application. Join me on this journey of exploration and discovery!
